However, there are several possible ways for you to try to get vouchers : 

• take monthly trailhead quests to try to win gifts/swags and even vouchers : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/quests
• attend Salesforce related events, or user community events, in your area ; there could be vouchers to win too : https://trailhead.salesforce.com/community/conferences/ & https://trailblazercommunitygroups.com/?&utm_source=trailhead&utm_medium=web-banner&utm_campaign=community_groups
• if your company is Salesforce partner, you may have free vouchers (or discounted ones) according to your partnership level. See with your Salesforce's Partner Account Manager, or the person in charge in your company.
