Filter Opportunities by Stage Screen

Question

I have a requirement where I have to build a screen that can allow a user to filter all the org's opportunities by stage field. How can I achieve this requirement? I am assuming using a data table component would work, but the main question is how to filter all org's opportunities in the data table?

If your org’s OWD is Public Read Only or Public Read/Write, just use a List View with a Stage filter

I am using a collection filter element with the stage as a filter after the opportunities screen element. Then I am connecting the collection element back to the screen element but it does not seem to work.
