Reset MFA setting on Tableau Online.

Hi

I'm an administrator on Tableau Online for our company.

Our company currently using Tableau Online MFA authentication. and one of my colleagues forgot his recovery code. and he can not use an MFA setting anymore because the site request a recovery code when he logged in the Tableau Online. I tried everything to resolve this problem but I could not fix this problem.

What should I do to reset his MFA setting?

Hey. You can reset the MFA setting on the account for that specific user so they can do it from the start with any mode or method of MFA they like. Hope this helps.
