I'm having trouble changing the decimal display in tableau. I right click "SUM (Number of Records)" and click "format". I changed the numbers to percentage and choose 2. However, in the chart, it still shows thousands after the decimal point. Did I go to the wrong place? I attached a screenshot and the Tableau Packaged Workbook.
I would really appreciate your help!

Right click on the pill on the marks card to change the decimals. You are changing the original field but you have a table calc on the view:
