We are about to switch from Profiles to Permissions. We're going to use @Mike Reynolds personas
framework. But I'm not sure how to cleanly go about it. I want to have a systematic approach to how we do, so that we address each persona in an orderly fashion. I want to be sure to cover the same aspects of each persona with each interview. I'm assuming we are supposed to have interviews with a persona representative, right? What questions should we cover? There is so much detail in security how do we catch it all? I'd like to hear thoughts on this, listen to some success stories as well as missteps.

Something you'll need to know when doing this is what all of your users do, very in-depth. It will help you immensely to know in detail what they do and how they do it. If you know this it will help you so much and reduce the number of problems you have in your implementation.
And TEST, TEST TEST!!!!
