I'm using Tableau Bridge to perform an extract refresh. However, ever since the company IP was changed, the refresh has been failing. The error indicates that it cannot connect to the private network server (MS SQL). Even though the IP has been added to the whitelist, why is it unable to connect to the MS SQL server?
