Brilliant Demos - Rock star E&U Solution Engineers Marcos Vilela (LATAM) and Tess Dunlop (ANZ) wowed the audience with demos of Agentforce Energy & Utilities. The use cases were Proactive Energy Advisory Services and Preventing Catastrophic Failure with Field Service. Marcosโ fully live demo surprised the audience with the speed and ease with which he used Data 36O, CPQ, and pre-built AI actions for E&U. Tess inspired awe and cheers by leveraging Esri maps, Voice to Form, and even an active drone on stage.
