Need help putting together a solution

I have An issue to complete this super badge and error is showing like this Challenge Not yet complete... here's what's wrong: 

We can’t find a Decision element in the code verification flow that evaluates whether the email address is associated with a contact record or a user record, or it isn't configured as specified. Make sure the Outcome Details for User include the resource customerType being equal to value "User". 

since so many days could you please help me out from this challenge.
