Hi Community, 

 

I am currently doing the

Create and Optimize Prompt Template

module, where I am asked to create a Prompt Template and test it. While clicking preview to Test the prompt, I'm getting the following error for which I am unable to find the root cause of. 

 

Getting this error while testing the Agent, 'Internal Server Error If the issue persists, contact Salesforce Customer Support and ask for help with error GatewaySystemError.' How to resolve this?

 

Did any of you face the same issue and were able to successfully rectify it? Please help here.
