Currently doing the Mule.U ESB Developer Essentials online course.
I'm now on week 5 and everything is working perfectly except for the debug mode. I can't enter in debug mode.
Whenever I run the application in debug mode it loads but the "Mule Debugger" window says:
"Mule Debugger is nor running. Launch your Mule application in debug mode".
At first I thought it could be some sort of CE vs EE feature and that not even in the studio I could use this feature. However I recently confirmed that the Mule application is set to the Target Runtime Engine : "Mule Server 3.6.1 EE"
Can you please help me?

Was facing the same issue after upgrading to Version: 7.23.0
Right clicking the Project -> Properties -> On Mule Project changed Server Runtime from 4.9.11 to 4.10.1, accepted the dialogs (Anypoint crashed the first time, so I repeated the steps, second time worked).
After that right click the Project again -> Debug As... -> Debug Configurations on Target Server Runtime, select the same version 4.10.1.
Restarted Anypoint studio and debugger worked now.
They really need to up their support docs with better instructions, hope this helps.
