Here I m trying to add data into salesforce tab A .In salesforce tab A their is one field that related to salesforce Tab B, here i m creating master relationship into salesforce tab A to salesforce tab B.
data is not inserting here if anybody known how to add data then please guide me

There is no constraint on loading data to the master object(tab A in your case). As suggested above try using dataloader to test load and then troubleshoot. Thanks!
