Are there ways to implement a solution where admins would be notified if a sales user were to send lots of emails at once. So not necessary a flag on the records. More so to avoid scenarios where disgruntled user might reach out to our customer base. We'd like to avoid this from happening.

Appreciate the response. So If I understand correctly, the custom object would log the emails, and if the email went over a certain threshold, then the admins would be notified?
