i have an repeatable group which created/updated new records in form assembly, when user removes a record from formassembly i want that record to be deleted in salesforce as well when saving or submitting a form, did anyone face similar situation?

When the form is submitted, sync existing records and mark those not in the submission for deletion. Use a Flow or Apex trigger to delete these marked records in Salesforce.
