I am trying to deploy application through manifest package.xml but i am facing error saying that "Parsing --manifest no file fount at package.xml" can someone please explain .

I had the same issue when doing the "Create an External Client App Using Metadata API" badge. Then realised after looking at the screenshot here, that the command should be run from <path to workspace>/ECA Metadata/ecaViaMetadata where the package.xml is, and not from <path to workspace>/ECA Metadata.
