How to Set Up Messaging for In-App and Web?

Question

My org is Enterprise Edition but not available Permission Set License - Messaging for In-App and Web User.

No Service Channel is for Chat or Messaging Session Objects?

Then how to configure for In-App and Web?

Please Guide me on that.

This  article says " Note If the Messaging for In-App and Web User permission set license or the Messaging for In-App and Web Agent app permission isn’t available,  assign the Service Cloud user license to your users instead.  "

@Will Holland https://trailblazers.salesforce.com/profileView?u=0054S000001QQOXQA4  i assign the Service Cloud user license to users. but what about Service Channel? My org doesn't have by default Chat, Messaging Session Objects to choose in service chanel. Then how to cinfigure Service Chanel?
