Hello SEA team! I am trying to get an appointment to disappear or show that it is full when enough people have registered to reach the appointment limit. If anyone could give me some feedback I would appreciate it!
Hey @Sean O'Melia! Currently Appointments don't have capacity limitations or controls where you compare the number of selected appointment across different registration records. The "Appointment Limits" on the Appointment Type record reflect how many times an individual registrant can select an appointment type.
From my understanding of your question, you're wanting to remove an appointment option after, for example, 10 people have selected it. The 11th registrant wouldn't either see it as an option, it'd be greyed out or marked as full in some way. Is that accurate?
If so, we've loosely talked about this, but haven't put together any kind of requirements. My suggestion to your if this is what you're looking for is to submit a Feature Request related to having Appointment Types allow for capacity controls across registrants.
