I am not able to open the org with sf org open command , I tried various terminal gitbash , powershell, cmd . I also uninstall the cli & vs code via npm but it doesn't work instead it open a html file shown in the screenshot. @* Salesforce Developers *

That file is opening in VS Code not in the browser… try setting the default browser
