hello my friends, can anyone help me with this problem? i am in prodution fase and i try to run my bot to execute my automation, but i always receive this message: Unable to create a secure session with the specified user credentials. User credentials defined on local RPA Bot configuration.
@Murilo Augusto: Launch rpa bot configurator on the machine and provide user credentials under secure session menu and perform test settings.If a new session is spinned up,you should be good to deploy processes onto the bot.
If the environment of the computer the bot is installed on is embedded in a domain and you want to use a local user, write the user name as follows: .\username.
For domain users, use the following form: mydomain\username. User names with format username@mydomain.com will be converted automatically to mydomain\username (unless VDI mode is chosen in Bot Configurator)
