How can I create a new Agent Action in Salesforce from a flow?

I have done the Service Agent trailhead to set up a functioning Agentforce chatbot which is super cool: https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/quick-start-build-your-first-agent-with-agentforce/configure-an-agentforce-service-agent

I am now trying to customize the agent. I created a new flow called "Get Existing Booking Details". Now I am trying to add the flow as an Agent Action with the "+ New Agent Action" button on the Agent Action page. The issue is before I can save it as a new agent action I get an error:

The error says:

"- Enable the Show in conversation setting for at least one output

- Disable the Filter from agent action setting for at least one output

- Add at least one input."

Am I supposed to do that on another page? Any advice? Would be greatly appreciated!
