I would like to allow a Contact in Salesforce to have up to 4 different email addresses. In addition, these contacts are not people but are Accounts payable records where the generic emails change regularly. Updating these email addresses in a single contact would be much more efficient than having multiple contacts.
Salesforce will not send the invoice emails; instead, this will be used to generate a spreadsheet to import into another mailing system.
Any thoughts or things to look out for would be great.
Unfortunately, upvoting something on the Idea Exchange does nothing. This need has been out there for over 19 years. Any idea that have been out there this long simply isn't going to happen. Salesforce isn't interested in fixing their own work, just buying more companies that offer what they don't. They need to stop buying other functionality and fix what they already have, or in this case, what they don't have.
