I am trying to give some non-admin users access to see duplicate record sets related to accounts and permission to merge the records, without giving them the sysadmin profile. The users currently have read/write/delete access to duplicate record sets, including the tab and all fields, and read/write/delete on accounts, via permission set. When logged in as one of those users, they can see the tab and list view of duplicate record sets. But when they click on one, all they can see is this - the rest of the page is completely blank, no details. Same thing on the Related tab. Has anyone run into this before, or have any ideas on what else to try?

Thanks Vinay - I cannot give users Modify All due to record sharing requirements.
