I have created automation rules and previewed them. The weird thing that is happening is that the prospects that are matched have duplicated. Meaning, the rule is only mean to match 8 prospects, but it matched those 8 prospects twice. Has anyone faced this before?

Do you have duplicate Prospect Records with the same First Name, Last Name and Email address?
If this is the case then the system could match multiple records for the same Prospect if they all match the criteria.
