Is it possible to add an if/then statement inside of the lightning HTML email template?
I have a URL link that is present on most Salesforce user profiles and in the email template I want to be able to reference the link. I want the email to read “please click this {{merge tag user link}} and take this action“… But I only want this to appear if the salesforce user has that link present on their profile.
Again:
IF {{user.link}} PASS please click this link
ELSE null/blank
How would I express that in the email template or is this even possible?
