How do I unmerge the contacts in the Ringlead ?
Also, I'd like to check what is the logic I can input in RingLead to prevent the contacts from merging that are associated with Quotes?

Hi @Meena K
1) Create a Checkbox/ text formula field on Contact to populate true if that contact is linked to a quote.
2) You can use that field in Ringlead >> depulicate >> task >> record filter
You can't unmerge in Ringlead. You can either prevent few fields or set up criteria for master contact or create new text area field to populate entire merge contact data into that field.
