Below error message is showing when i'm trying to verify my challenge. Please can someone in the Salesforce Trailhead community clear.

Hello@Jen Reeves,
- try to clear browser cookies and cache ,refresh the page
- If not working, then try in new fresh org, it might be the existing record causing the issues in your org.
