I recently installed Einstein Copilot but i've been getting the same error message in the chatbox since last week "Something went wrong. Please refresh and try again".
I created a support ticket last Thursday and there's still no resolution or confidence that they can figure this out.
Has anyone else experienced this and have suggestions on what could be creating this problem?
The license and permission sets have all been assigned and Copilot os turned on and activated.
