I created a email in the Email Templates tab but sadly it should have been in the Account Engagement Email Tab instead. Is there a way to fine the HTML coding from the email templates I created to copy over into the account engagement email layout?

The standard object email template does have a field for the HTML, but as near as I can tell, it is not available nor accessible from the user interface. As far as I can tell that object does not have any of the standard features of an object like the Paige layout that is customizable. I wrote a flow to present it to our users so they can copy it and paste it. You could do the same, or you could export the record.
