I have an existing org in trailhead that whenever i verify a step always notify an error as "Whoops, looks like there was a problem. Please try again." even just basic workflow trails.
On playground it works just fine.

try to update sf
- reInstall CLI Salesforce CLI

- Install the CLI from Salesforce CLI.
- Confirm the CLI is properly installed and on the latest version by running the following command from the command line.
sf update
You should see output like Updating CLI....
