Hi. We are using a screen flow to upload files and have added a custom field for a specific requirement that gets entered as part of the screen flow. The issue is currently you are unable to configure the Files Related list view. So unable to add my custom field to the list view. I have tried to get information on this and it seems many people are requesting this. Just wondering what have people done to resolve such a requirement? To be clear I am talking about the ContentVersion Object.
