I have been using a custom address field for a while now without issue, but since we were upgraded to Spring 24' the Country picklist only shows options for "None" or "Germany". All other countries are missing. My standard address fields still work right, and no changes have been made to the "State and Country/Territory Picklists" in Setup.
Has anyone else had trouble like this since Spring 24'?

I reached out to support and they recommended deactivating all countries, then reactivating. They applied the fix, so I didn't see it done, but it worked. The unfortunate part is that I also experienced the issue with state/province values, so they all needed to be deactivated and reactivated as well.
