We have a Business Requirement to map ERP Sold To, Ship To, and Bill To related data at the Account Level. We are implementing Order Management and need to initiate from Salesforce, which requires the dropshipping concept in Salesforce. This was earlier done in ERP where One Sold To have multiple Ship To. We have developed a Custom Solution; however, it is not scaleable. Any input on how businesses are managing this? what about a custom object called ship to addresses with a MD relationship back to the account, then create a record for each ship to address?
