Coming Soon - New Login Options for Salesforce Help
On Friday, February 2, we are updating the login options on the Salesforce Help site to provide a better single sign-on (SSO) experience and improve how you manage your support cases.
What is changing?
When you open help.salesforce.com, and navigate to Login > Trailblazer account, you will now see the options to log in with Mulesoft, Salesforce, or the email associated with your Trailblazer account. We have removed the options to log in with LinkedIn, Apple, and Google. If you previously logged in with these services, you will now login using the same email account associated with your LinkedIn, Apple, or Google accounts, and be sent instructions to log-in with a single-use code.
Why are we making this change?
The Trailblazer account unites your experience with SSO across more than 30 Salesforce digital properties. By logging into Salesforce Help with your Trailblazer account, you have a simplified way to create and manage open cases regardless of what Salesforce products you use.
What about social logins on other properties?
If you log in to your TBID profile via LinkedIn, Apple, or Google on another Salesforce property (e.g., Trailhead), and then navigate to Help, you will still be logged in.
What’s next?
Following this update, we will soon share more information about adding the option to log into Salesforce Help with Tableau.
