creating a task with approval process

Hi folks

I have a 3 step approval process . After user A submits the task for approval, it goes to his manager who verifies all the conditionsand depending upon the his observation, he needs to be able to create a task and event from the same page in an easy manner.

Please give me some ideas on how to proceed on this.

    Hi Prati,

    Using Approval Process (automation process) you cannot allow manager or other team members to create task manually. But actually you auto-mate this process i.e. whenever manager agrees on a particular record condition and hit approve. A task will auto created on his behalf. 

    This is salesforce standard process. On each step (approve / reject) you can create a task for this.
