Capture case creator in outlook to case creation

Hi,

I have this question when a case is created using salesforce outlook side panel, The case which gets created in salesforce will not show the one who creates(created by) it from outlook instead it shows the plugin name.

Is there any work around which can be used to get the contact name of the one who creates this case.

Hi, SFO created cases ideally should be created by the user who is adding the email using SFO to create the case(reference:https://help.salesforce.com/HTViewHelpDoc?id=outlookcrm_create_case_setup.htm&language=en_US) Can you please share the screenshot where you can see the plugin showing as the creator of the case.
