How to revert the older page layout from the new one in production

Hi Sridhar, While this answer is too late to correct your issue, it may help someone else. To correct the error, go to your Lightning page and drag in the Record Detail component above the first field section on your page. Save your page and review the change on the resulting record. Check all your record type page layouts. You'll find that your page layouts are back to there original state.
