How do I filter a reportChart using an input field?

Hello,

I would like to give my users the ability to filter reportcharts, and seem to be getting stuck.

Here is what I am working with:

<apex:inputField value="{campaign.name}" id="cmp"/>
               <analytics:reportChart reportId="00O40000003Yq4Z" filter="column:'Campaign_TL__c',operator:'equals',value:'cmp'"></analytics:reportChart>

I am trying to create a picklist on the page that will list all campaigns in my org.

I then want to use the campaign name as a filter in the report chart.

It seems like I am way oversimplifying this, what should I be doing here?
