Unable to use Field Tracking Functionality in Salesforce Advanced Approvals

Hello , I have created tracked fields for advanced approvals object by following this Knowledge Article (https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=000313654&language=en_US&type=1&mode=1) on Quote and Quote Line objects but nothing is getting tracked. Does anyone one know how to use tracked field and tracked value object to track fields on Quote and Quote Line for advanced approval object.

    The Tracked Field object, on an approval rule, tracks changes to a field on a record when a sales rep submits it for approval

    If you are following the steps listed here and still experience an issue, I recommend logging a case with support
