Hi Yakota,This particular error message is not because of approval process.There must be some validation rule exists already on opportunity object which may or may not have referenced amount field and stage field.Can you check / post the active validation rules on opportunity object so that I can review and provide you an update of what exactly causing you this error message ?Regards,Giridharan,Software Engineer,Varasi LLC,www.varasi.com
