Let admins debug flows as other users not availabe in professional edition

1/ I work for a customer with the SF professional edition.

in the Process Automation Settings I need to activate the option; 

"Let admins debug flows as other users"

This option exists and availbe in the SANDBOX envt but not in the PRODUCTION envt (?!).

2/ "API enable": for the Admin profile, the option doesn t exists in PRODUCTION / SANDBOX

Professional edition is limited with these functionalities ?

We have to contact the SF support ?

    Hi Henri,

    Are you checking this in Sandbox. As per article shared above it is not possible in production orgs.

    This feature is available for admins. To use this feature, you must have the Modify All Data, Manage Users, and Customize Application permissions. To use this feature after it’s enabled, you need the Manage Flows and View All Data permissions.
