I tried to use lightning-input-address in lwc page and include the attribute "show-address-lookup". It works perfectly on the internal page but whenever it is exposed in the Experience site, the Google search address not showing.

Unfortunately this isn't supported. In SF documentation it says 'Using show-address-lookup is not supported in Experience Builder site'.
