Hi @Syam N ,
I have fixed the Lab problem, it was problem with giving right Memebship to the Chatter Group for the Edge Communications Customer Support. I assigned Fumiko Suzuki and Aaron Hartzler the Manager of the Group and Later on I was able to create a Poll in this Group and Ask buttom become active which was not Previously ( the problem I was facing and I have posted the screenshot)
