Hi folks, probably this question is easy to answer but, as a salesforce developer I'm always studying something new about salesforce, and I would like to have more and more access to great content related to it.
Is that some way I can connect in partner learning camp for free, for study purposes? Or am I required to be a partner in order to access it?

To access the PLC you need the access of Partner Community first. And to get the partner community access you need to become a valid partner.
I can suggest one way, you can try it. Signup on the partner community. once you done you'll be presenting with a form where you need to fill information.
There you will encounter one section "Partner Type" and options will be 'Consulting Partner', 'ISV partner' and there are more.
You need to select the ISV and then select the "All clouds Free" something something.
When you become the ISV partner who distribute the free apps there are more chances to get access of the partner community as a valid partner. Once you are done you can access the PLC.
