Help with the Hands-on-challenge for approval processes.

I am doing the hands-on-challenge and I am struggling with it. For the steps that include, add an initial submission action that updates fields, add a final approval action that updates fields, and so on. I cannot seem to find any field that said "action" or to update the type field to pending field. 

I did update the picklist values for the Account object in object manager. 

Please, assist.
