I have three admin in the org and I want only one to receive product and service notifications from salesforce. I want her to be the only recipient for all admin emails.
Please help on this. How do I make her only recipient?

AFAIK, All the Admins with Modify All Data and Manager Users permissions will receive product and service notifications.
You can try this to unsubscribe few emails.
