Invalid URI when sending POST request

I'm doing a very simple challenge and it just doesn't work.

 

https://trailhead.salesforce.com/content/learn/projects/create-a-custom-channel-and-enrich-change-events/create-a-custom-channel?trail_id=design-eventdriven-apps-for-realtime-integration

 

In Step 3, it wants me to open Postman, send a POST request, copy and paste the URI and the JSON body.

 

I did all this and it's giving me an error: "Invalid URI".
