Customizing "Log a Call" layout in Case Lightening Record Page

I am trying to remove few fields from "Log a Call" layout in Case Lightening Record Page. I go to the relevant lightening record page and click on the relevant component but it defaults to "Post" tab and I cant seem to click on "Log a call" tab. Any suggestions why or how to fix this? TIA
