I created a DocuSign template that needs to pull data from opportunity, account and service appointments. I set Opportunity as the main object and added account and Work order as a related lists, and then tried adding service appointment as a related list to work order, but it is not coming up as an option. Does anyone know why and how to fix?

Make sure your relationship with the source object falls within the possible relationship combinations.
