I am have made my Flat Gauge charts dynamic with the Range & Reference line a dynamic field from target fields in the data.
Does anyone know a way to make the Conditional Formatting Bins dynamic or a % of the Range or Reference Line set for that chart?

The easiest way is to calculate the percentage directly in your query and use it as measure for the conditional formatting.
