I have created Picklist field on Account Object and Account Object have look up to Account(Self relationship).I want to display the Picklist value selected in parent account on child Accounts.
Don' want to give option to select the picklist value again if its child account

@Rushikesh Agnihotri A possible approach is to create a formula field on the child record, of Formula Return Type Text, with the following formula;
Note:
Replace AccountSource in the example below with the name of the Picklist field on your Parent Account.
