ShareFilesWithNetworks is a new permission (Winter 23) that has appeared and is set to true on profiles.
Can anyone knows about this permission, What is the use of this, What is the impact if it turn ON/OFF??

@vinitha kotagiri agree. But with the "networks" terminology i have to assume this is related with ability to share files with external forums like communities, social networks etc
